In Kundali Bhagya there are many situations which would force Karan and Preeta to get separated in the upcoming episode.
Despite of Karan and Preeta confess their love for each other in jail there would be certain scenario which would rise up and make Preeta agree to marry Prithvi.
Prithvi blackmails Preeta that if Preeta wants to rescue Karan from jail than Preeta needs to marry Prithvi.
Preeta also knows that it is Prithvi who can rescue Karan from jail on behalf of Monisha’s statement for Karan’s innocence.
Karan on the other hand gets shocked to hear the news of Preeta and Prithvi’s marriage.
